    Denver sparring partners wanted (ARMA)

I'm a four year member of the ARMA (The Association for Renaissance Martial Arts) who recently moved to Denver from Austin, and am looking for sparring partners and potential members to study with in the mile high city. My main focuses are on combat wrestling, knife/dagger work, and longsword. Practice consists primarily of sparring and adversarial partner drilling, though a significant amount of technique drilling and solo drilling is done as well. Ideally, I'd like to form a stable study group and be able to meet 2-4 times a week on evenings and weekends, but less frequent gatherings would work as well. Check out the links below if you're unfamiliar with the organization, and give me a shout if you're interested.

The Rocky Mountain Swordplay Guild is in the Denver area. I don't think they're associated with ARMA, but they might be a good fit for you. I know they were active last year.

    Peace favor your sword,

They're still very active - saw a bunch of them at WMAW.

I'm really going to have to make a visit to WMAW soon. Maybe next year.

Have been interested in this for about a year now. Saw ARMA on "Reclaiming the Blade" and have been falling asleep almost every night for the past month with my computer left open on one of the "old manuscripts" pages. Would really be interested in meeting, learning, sparing, studying, anything and everything Longsword, Greatsword or Rapier. I don't know much at all, but would love to get connected with some people who are devoted to this art of combat.

I live in Littleton CO, have a Paul Chen Hand and a Half sword, an open mind, and alot of learning to do. "Hiro P" email me if you want to spar or practice or have found a community since posting this thread.
