The uploader has the ability to delete comments though. Go have a look at Ashida Kims vids, not a single bad word said on his comments.

Good point, I forgot about that. Look at this dude dero7 on youtube. He's a new age cult leader pretty much and does that like crazy.

Youtube allows people to harvest view counts ,while deleting all criticism on the actual vid page. The best thing to do is to just post video responses. Its not a terrible system though, it allows people like Ashida and Phil Elmore to meet and have LARP-offs.
