Style: BJJ 'n stuff--
Get it looked at by a doctor. It could be anything from ligament or muscle damage to an injured gland or something worse. Don't rely on any advice posted online that doesn't suggest getting medical professional to look at it.
PS unless you're competing you need to be tapping out way before you get bruising to your neck from triangles... -
