Huh? I don't see any cauliflower ear ;)
I have similar degree of cauliflower ear on the left ear as well, but nobody has noticed my cauliflower ear even without the long hair cover up (I am a dude with short hair).
Unless you are going to be dating your ENT doctor who might notice your cauliflower due to his profession... I don't think you have a problem.
