Style: Kyokushinkai / Kajukenbo
I wouldn't worry too much about a particular style. Kyokushin is good, but in Hawaii in the sixties and seventies, the Kyokushin dojo and Shotokan dojo would get together and spar often. I'm a Kyokushin bb myself, and proud of it, but that said, I have also practice other traditional and eclectic arts and have gained a lot from all of them - well, atleast gained something. I prefer traditional, myself, and would think that any good dojo in Wado, Shotokan, Goju-ryu, Shorinji Kenpo, or whatever would probably meet your needs.
