It just wasn't very good. It was lots of "self-defense" stuff that was alright, but I HATE situation based self-defence. It'd be better just to learn good throwing and takedowns, and then you'd understand the principles and offbalancing instead of just waiting for someone to get in a specific position and try to take you down in a specific way. There's a couple of good tips, but overall I wouldn't pay money for it. Get a wrestling or judo takedown video instead.
