    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Killing two birds with one stone.

So I've decided to up my training to about six times a week which means I won't have time to seperate my conditioning from my strength training routine and that I probably won't be able to go to the gym- It's shitty but I'd rather
I'd be interested in what you guys would have to say in regards to home based workouts/equipment I might be able to use to work on strength, explosiveness and endurance in a fairly short amount of time
(preferably nothing longer then 45 minutes) I could do once I got home from the club.
    Thanks you guys.

6 days of training will create a potential for overtraining.

Why not just train 3 days conditioning, 3 days MA?

Anyways just remember that if your overly tired already from training and you try and exert yourself again your leaving yourself open to the potential for injury.

I have had times and still do when I cannot go to gym but I have gotten good workout with bags of cement, buckets of water and sledgehammer. Also once I had an old metal bar from street sign and put bar through holes in cinder blocks and did deadlifts and they worked very well. Also if you have stairs just run up and down 30 minutes and very good for stamina.
