I have had times and still do when I cannot go to gym but I have gotten good workout with bags of cement, buckets of water and sledgehammer. Also once I had an old metal bar from street sign and put bar through holes in cinder blocks and did deadlifts and they worked very well. Also if you have stairs just run up and down 30 minutes and very good for stamina.
