I recall years ago reading about a female equivalent training method to the famour "Iron Crotch" of internal kung fu. I do not know the details but it involves suspended weights and a tool called the "Jade Egg"....

I've seen something similiar at least I think. Whilst us superior men are able to dangle hundreds of pounds from our supreme manhood women also insert a weighted apparatus and suspend modest amounts of weight. I still wouldn't mind running into one of these girls myself!
