Hi I am new, but I use old platitudes in MABS

I am a Student of the concept of VaJ and all have made one thing clear. It does not matter what or who you are or what you may be..as long as you learn something that will keep you alive! from one teacher to another you must learn what works..My belief, Dont care about the bullshit..what you think will or not work..you must learn from ALL areas..

From the sounds of things, it's quite possible that your master is not a douchebag.

I'm afraid though, that your own douchebaggery sings loud and clear.

In other news, Vaj is slang for vagina in Australia.

Yes, you should be effective in many areas of combat (not really ALL because when talking about combat and Self Defense that is a HUGE area to cover. At the bare minimum you should be versed in all areas of unarmed combat.) However the "learn what works" is the tricky part. So many believe what they are learning "works" but in truth the don't really know because they never done it against a resisting opponent. Too many times I run into guys who think what they do "works" but they minute the try it even in a hard sparring session they fail repeatedly. The smart one realize it and go back to reevaluate their training methods. The dumb ones still cling to what they think "works" and that it was just sparring and they will truly be victorious in da str33T.

This sounds like a guy who has seen plenty of 'vaj' in magazines and on the internet, and appreciates the concept of it, yet lacks the practical experience (of Vaj) that will surely convince him of his alternate preferences.

I had some wicked VaJ sessions last weekend but my work schedule has kept me from doing any since, plus my in-laws are staying over for a few days. I really hope I don't forget any important VaJ techniques or get rusty in the time between sessions.

Is there really a style called Vaj? I'm confused as usual. I thought the Op was making a bad joke or something. If there really is a vaj style I must see the sight!
