    No coach was around - and that was part of the problem.

    The other part of my problem was I was training with my brother and I was too damn proud to say, "ya know, something doesn't feel right, maybe I should take it slower"

    Rest. Then stretching - stretch just to the point where you feel it. If it hurts then don't stretch as far. Then strengthening.

    I apologize for hijacking this thread. If anyone wants specific stretching/strengthening exercises I have to do, start another thread and I'll be there.
