BJJ might make you a better ground fighter, but Judo will make you a better dancer.

Style: karate and jujutsu--
Yes. I did it wrong for a solid half hour. Then the dr didn't tell me how to properly take care of the healed injury, and I kept tearing it up for another 6 months.
I got to the point where the only thing it DIDN'T hurt to do was to lie flat.
I FINALLY went to a sports med dr, who gave me physical therapy that got me back to normal in 2 months.
BUT - scar tissue is forever and I've got a whole lot of it back there. -
BJJ might make you a better ground fighter, but Judo will make you a better dancer.
