    Starting a CST and Limalama self defense program in Redlands, CA

    Hey folks I am putting together a Circular Strength Training and self defense program. It will be held at Ford Park in Redlands, CA every Saturday starting May 28th of this month. Its a 2 hour class beginning at 9am till 11am. The first hour will be dedicated to CST (Prasara Body Flow Yoga and Clubbell athletics). The following hour will be training in Limalama.     Limalama! I really don't know anything about it, but any martial art with a "logo" that has a naked man holding a torch has got to be intriguing.

    I saw limalama for the first time at a tournament two weeks ago. I think all the limalama people were from Mexico. Looked like kempo to me.

    Yes sister arts but generally speaking Limalama is said to have a better "flow" to it. Also quick update I changed the start date to June 4th. I had a schedule conflict.
