    Armbar set ups

So this is a follow up from the Armbar 101 montage. It took me awhile to get up (and truthfully speaking the instruction is not the greatest). Feel free to give me some queries and I will see if I can expand on my lame instruction.

Very cool setups ! Thanks for sharing. I will go try them out and I'm sure I'll be back with questions.

Personally not keen on the first one (mainly because I dont thinik I'll manage to pull it off) but the second setup is very nice.

    Good stuff.

A lot of these "just happen". The more you practice them, the more you're aware they are there.

Nice. Especially liked the one from the guard, that comes out of nowhere.

It's really very hard to practice this one. It depends on the availability of the practice partner. Would it be equally effective if I use my submission master grappling dummy? I can do it over and over again as much as i could so for sure it would be beneficial. Don't you think?

Nah, it's a situational armbar that only works on reaction.
