Slightly off topic. But criticising or abusing someone's religion is not bigoted.

Religion is simply an opinion on the origins of the universe etc and as such is open to be questioned and mocked just as someone's opinion on politics etc. Or to put another way I have no more need to respect a man's religion than I do to respect his opinion that his wife is beautiful and his kids are smart.

If I think beheading someone for blasphemy is disgusting (I do) then I feel that not only do I have a right to attack the religion involved but it is a moral imperitive.

Sorry to sidetrack the thread but I don't think religion deserves the same protection as race.

Disagreeing with a religion/religions is different than discriminating or being hateful towards the people who practice them. Especially when, it seems, so many people's identity is rooted in their religion. It's a fine line.

That said, I am an atheist, and all religion is bullshit.

So, has Ashida Kim assassinated Phrost yet like he promised to do ages ago with his "we are coming for you and we won't be shooting pictures, brother!" threat or has he deemed making crappy YouTube videos a more fitting course of action for a ninja master?

    Technically, "haole" is a reference
to all foreigners to the islands. . .
    to include animals and plants.

Specifically, it refers to a people
without a culture - literally, "without
    spirit," because they travel around
    trying to take everyone else's.

(so, yeah. . .white people ;-)
