    Oh, you're just jealous that I measured my thighs at 29". Of course, my tape measure starts at 8, but it's still a legit comparison, right?

    (I guess you think that I'm an uppity low-squat evangelist who's read one book on lifting and thinks he knows everything. While there's probably some truth to that, I'm not saying that squatting low is the be all and end all of lifting, or that the countless variations of squatting are without merit. My point is that for the purposes of comparing numbers, it makes sense to do it within internationally established competition criteria.)

    I am 6'6 117kg and my stats are

    Deadlift 170kg 1x5
    Squat 140kg 5x3
    Clean and Jerk/Snatch 110kg 3x4

    And I have been lifting since August last year.

    i hit the tab key, opps. any way i'm 5'3" 145-150 lbs and 33 years young. i squat 225 lbs(thighs parallel to floor, must keep knees going for years to come) for 4 reps, not sure what 1rm is(no spotter). i'm only flat barbell benching 200lbs even for a 1rm(yes i do feel like a wus using 2.5 pounders). i deadlift 325lbs for a one rep max(1rm). believe it or not i do pushpresses with 135lbs for 6 reps on a good day. pushpresses are a heavy, cheater exercise where you clean the bar, bend the knees(i bend my knees slightly) and push the weight up over head, it's real fun, you should try it, it'll get your numbers up for over head press.
