EuroMega 2 - when will be the best time to organize it?

I'm trying to organize the EuroMega 2 this year.
Normally it would be the second saturday of October, but some Bullies wanted earlier, so I'm creating a poll and the majority will now make the decision.

If you aren't coming to the EuroMega 2 in Leuven (Louvain) - Belgium (EUROPE), please don't vote.

Poll will close in 60 days and is public, so that I can see if the votes are reliable (no troll and jokers).

I'm exam-bound on that date, as far as it seems, but I then would be visiting later, for sort of a mini-TD, if you like.

Also, what about doing a TD down here in Spain?

I am unable to confirm a solid date so soon, but I'll hop in here from time to time and try to organize my job- and family duties so that I can make it this year.

I just have to chose an airline that doesn't go bankrupt a week before my scheduled departure, like SkyEurope last year... ;-(

How to get there by train

Brussel - Leuven: one-way-ticket train 2nd class is 4.80€.

Best is to buy a one-way-ticket from Brussels to Leuven and the second day when you return you buy an one-way-ticket to Brussels, because a two-way-ticket is exactly the double, but you have to use it on the same day.

Train from Brussels to Leuven is easy: there are 3 stations in Brussel, South, Central and North. Get on a train in one of these stations, once you have passed the 3 Brussels stations, the next one is Leuven (takes about 22 à 26 minutes).

For train tickets: on the week-ends you can get a week-end ticket which you can use from Friday 19:00 'till Sunday 23:59 (to and fro) and which costs about as normal one-way fare.

Elbows are kosher, with pads to the face, without pads only body.
Don't want any cuts because this type of facial wound can prevent Bullies to attend their regular competitions.

But rules can be discussed between Bullies before the sparring.
