Mainly from heavy bag work, and only on my lead hand(right).

No. It shouldn't hurt. Pain is totally unacceptable in any and all martial arts training. And no one ever has had a painful wrist, except you. You are the problem. Quit martial arts.

You're an idiot so just ignore it until the pain goes away. If it doesn't go away, keep ignoring it until it does.

Umm.. You might have a real injury in your wrist. See a doctor, use wraps and learn the proper punching technique.

What you don't understand about the posts above is:

1 - use the search function. This has been answered many times before.
2 - your punching technique sucks. Less power, more technique.
3 - as you improve, your wrists won't hurt any more

Also put more of your handwrap material on your wrist than your knuckles since you clearly need more wrist support.
