    Me no understand either. He starts in side mount and ends up on top. There is nothing guard about that.

    So the Monk Guard is a knee bump from under side mount to inside ankle lace followed by a shoulder driven horizontal single leg? Ok. I'm clearly missing something because I don't understand why the top guy couldn't work the underhook he completely ignores from 2:00-2:05 to disrupt Mr. Desouza's grip on top guy's ankle.
