Ask your doctor about Anti-inflammitory pills ( called `naproxin` pills ) these help to reduce inflamation (if thats part of the problem) to muscles tendons and joints, they`ve worked for me in the past (back / shoulder and wrist injuries), although your doctor might recommend other makes. Also, try a good `Dit Da Jow` lotion (chinese medicine), used to treat bruises to muscles and tendons (also helps nerve damage). These aren`t magic cures, but they do speed up the recovery process a lot.
