"Hi" I did not find any other area to post this question. So, I am sorry if I am at the wrong place. I am 53. I've been a handball player for 45 years. I am looking for a workout routine with no weights. Cardio. Flexibility. Strength. In that order of importance. My son is 28.He will train with me. We have zero training in Martail Arts. My question: What is the best workout routine I can do to prepare for Martail Arts study in about 6 months? I am giving up handball. What form would be the easiest to master for 53 year old with no previous training. I'm in perfect health. No heart or lung problems. Thanks! HandballeddieJ
