Need a push over the hill!
Ok so I have made huge strides in my weight and cardio but damn i need a super boost as I lost 30lbs and im stuck now at 305 i do bjj twice a week and about to start muaythai this week but my cardio is **** and im frustrated what can i do at home to get myself going. thanx
You know when I constantly say hill sprints on these forum threads I am actually being deadly serious.
Cood strength and speed building.
Good psycological training.
And increadably hard to get the technique wrong.
my main prob is my gut all my weight is their!
What's the diet situation? I started at 330, and years of exercise and MA got me very little in the way of weight-loss results. Combined with a controlled-carb diet, though, I dropped 70 pounds over the past few years and am still making progress toward remembering what my belt looks like.
