Style: Judo - Boxing--
Having literally not seen anything about it aside from a mention in his Men's Health interview, what exactly does it consist of? I remember on here a while back there was a video someone posted of him talking about not do any weight training...

It consists of 6 circuit style workouts using bodyweight excercises and light (5-25) dumbbells. Each workout has 5 5 minute "rounds" with a 10 minute warmup and about 7 minute cooldown at the front and back. There is Strength and Conditioning, Strength and Endurance, Abs/Core, a "fight" workout, Stretching and Flexibility, and Balance and Agility.

I have never done P90X. Gotta figure it's about the same thing, only with an "MMA theme". I have Crossfitted, though. Definitely a lot less weight lifting. You only use light dumbells and bodyweight stuff. Also no pull-ups which, in all their variations, I found to be a large part of Crossfit. The Conditioning aspect is better than CF, though, imo. I sweat a lot more. Also there is a lot more working of the abs and "core" in Rushfit than CF. -
