    thanks a lot, but unfortunately their timetable doesn't suit me. i'll probably just check out some mma places.

    Wu Shu Kwan is not 100% CMA.. but it is full contact and there are loads of clubs around london.

    You can try Neil Rosiak at "The Masters Club" in London Bridge.
    He is a Tai Chi Guy and personal trainer who also trains MMA and grappling.
    Sami Berik used to train with him. Also he had a couple of good kickboxing / Lei Tai people there from what I remember.
    Went there like 3 times or so, and sparring with him was definitely an eye opener in terms of what can happen to me with throws etc.
    He's also the man to introduce you to a good conditioning routine, kettlebells et all.
