Peacock Gym stands out. It has a statue of the Late Bradley Stone outside. Jimmy Tibbs is a Trainer. It provides MMA and more. It's in East London.
For Amateurs, Repton - I think in Bethnal Green, East London. Fitzroy Lodge. St Pancras (which used to be allied to KRONK).
I'll try to add provide some more info but I gotta go to work and Training and Teaching tonight. -

Depending on your budget http://www.urbankingsgym.com/ where I train have an excellent boxing coach - Martin Holgate and one of my coaches Jon Durrant also occasionally takes classes.
In terms of more a spit and sawdust pure boxing gym (Urban Kings has a more comprehensive martial arts programme) I can recommend http://www.timesabc.org.uk/ based on couple of classes there and I have also heard good things about Left hook Gym which used to be in Islington but is now in Shadwell.
I hope this helps. -
