In the context of the discussion it still depends on the state and age of consent. So, if they so choose, some states can prosecute a teen for underage sex if the gap is to large.

In one case, a 17 year old was convicted of statutory rape of a 15 year-old-girl who had consented to the encounter. His name will remain there for 25 years, well after completion of his 2-year probation sentence. He continues to suffer daily set backs as the result of his listing - including not being able to get into the military, not being able to find work, and not being able to be involved in after-school activities with his sons.

Sounds like in today's legal climate OP needs to pay less attention to a 14 year old's sex life and either find a girl who has the same birthday he does or just stare at the wall for the next two years until somebody waves the magic adult wand over him and he can suddenly take an interest in sex. I'd have sympathy for him if he weren't bringing up the statutory thing first.

if he does try to jump you, drop your pants and scream rape! it'll freak him out, unless he does then actually rape you, in which case probably a bad idea. Maybe you should take pre emptive action and rape him! he won't see that coming!

In all seriousness try to talk to him ,explain **** alls going on, but don't be too apologetic, your not afraid of him, and if you think he can kick your ass easy, then get a baseball bat or something similar and hit em a bit with it. It sounds like he's just posturing.
