Owing to the fact that only people with access to the VIP lounge also have access to the training log forum, I thought I'd repost my log as a BLOG on the blogger.com site.

I'd rather not recreate the whole training log on this site, (since it exists in entirety already in another area) though I thought that if anyone was interested in my personal approach/experiences in MMA training that blogger.com would be a good place to read said log.

In addition, this log will feature progress photos and videos.

If you have any specific questions regarding my training, please ask in this thread.

No prob, it's good because I hope to be doing muay thai soon and it's nice to read training stories in general. I'm hoping they'll get me back into the groove (it's been so long since Judo now).

And hope that instep's healing up quick. >_<
