    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Am I missing anything?

    Hi.

    I want to learn boxing.

I will be spending time with my ladyfriend, and stuff that's easy to find in Canada can be hard to find where she lives.

Here is my shopping list right now:

    - Boxing gloves
    - Mouth guard
    - Boxing shoes (wrestling shoes should be OK if I can't find boxing shoes that fit.)
    - Skipping rope
    - Helmet
    - Traditional wraps (Mexican wraps might cutoff circulation.)
    - Jockstrap and cup for the jockstrap

I haven't really seen what's available near me, but maybe a Shock Doctor cup.

Jesus, Omega was right about you.

Why don't you figure out which gym you want to train at, email them what you are going to need and then buy what your coach told you to buy.

You are going to show up, looking fresh and preppy with your new, unused gear and be looking more of a fool.

And, BTW, Colin meant you need balls.

If I skimmed your other thread correctly you're going to Seoul, right? Dude, I bought boxing gloves for cheap in Seoul last time I was there. Who told you you couldn't find basic athletic equipment in a major world city of 10 million people?
It seems to me that the Sanjuriu Martial Art is not in guestion, but, rather the character of Mr. Galt.

    FILL YER CUP U SUNUVABITCH!!

now, you are new to boxing, please tell me what the difference is between Mexican and Traditional wraps and how you know they may cut off circulation?

Just buy the cheapest ones for now until you show some dedication. Get the Mexican ones because with the attitude you are displaying, you won't find anyone willing to wrap your hands.

Four paper clips, an ink pen, a tattoo (not a tramp stamp, unless you have magnificent butt cleavage), two bottles of Mountain Dew, a girlfriend named Adrian, a large side of beef, and a soundtrack to hum.
