To get it actually well done (no pink), I have to request a flamethrower treatment. I taste meat fine, but don't want any raw bits. When I eat meat, whatever it is, it's got to be finished cooking. That means no blood, pink meat, or bits that didn't get heated up, enough to kill whatever **** is in it.
And **** sushi too.

Some part of me, thinks eating meat rare, is like rollercoaster riding, and rich people dressing 'bummy'. It's a luxury, and a symbol of such. I don't need to impress with my dress...I'm not scared of falling off, it's all covered.....I don't need to properly digest my meat or make it safe. (Keep in mind it's my b-day, and I"m feeling spicy no flame plz).

Ball cooking or not, there's not much that tastes better cooked through. Most shellfish, for instance. OTOH, among the usual raw bar selections, only oysters are particularly good, IMO. There rest are just a private episode of Jackass.
Happy birthday anyway, treat yourself to a medium-rare pork chop. Trichinosis is gone.

In order to avoid badly cooked meat, I simply drank 6 pints of Sam Adams tonight, and will eat tomorrow, when I've rested.
*thank you goodnight*
