UPDATE: May 21st

After talking more with Arbeiter, Sat 21st is the better day. There's a women's smoker that evening, so perhaps Bullies that attend the TD, might like to stay for the event.

The holiday the following weekend makes it difficult. So, bullies in the bean, are we still able? Is May 21st a doable thing for enough of us?

Saturday the 21st is no good for me, I have a martial event that day that has more priority for me. :(

Are we going to vote on the issue of time and date or is it set by the heads of the facility?

If the throwdown does happen on the 21st this is the benefit all the mat fee would go to.

Right. Arbeiter agreed to reduce the mat fee, from $15 to $10, and it would get you into the smoker also.

we'll need to stop by 5pm so they can prepare for the event. I think a 1:30pm meet-up would suffice.

1:30pm: Meet at Redline, which is conveniently located next to the Red Line T stop (Central Square), close to the liquor store.
4:45pm: Start cleaning poop off the walls, and sopping up blood, basically get ready to GTFO
5 GTFO
Then we find food/"beverages" in Central Square, we have: (pretend this is a long list, trust me, we have tons to choose from)
7pm Hit the charity smoker (ticket covered by mat fee).
