Swing in/out wall mount for heavy bag

hmmm, guess I don't have a sherdog account... I have signed up but you have to wait mod approval. Not sure how long that will take, if someone is feeling generous feel free to post the question for me

Might want to pm SamboSteve - I believe he had one of these wall mounts in his school. I recall him selling of an extra one about 18 months ago. He may have a review or recommendation.
