Capeoria - A Phenomenal Body Experience

Capoeira is an amazing tool. I have found it useful in gaining muscle and mass to my body. Also it keeps my mind focused and I am at ease when I practice at nights. I find it best to do one on one sessions, I tend to learn better when I am the only student and my teacher is focusing strictly on me.

I also like to do some yoga and stretches before I begin and I clear my mind by meditating. I exercise every morning at 5am and I go for jogs to keep my body in shape.

Capoeira is truely phenomenal and it is a great martial art, I highly recommend this.

Despite the surrealness of this thread, the OP has a point: Capoeira is indeed the ****.
I was an anime con rave last weekend (fun fact: most anime cons have nightly raves), and me and some other nerds got a roda (sp? whatever you call the free-play circle) going in the midst of it. It was the bee's fuckin' knees.
