Looks like the James Thompson training regimen has some merit after all!

That was one sexy finish from Jung. Good event overall.

there's a massive difference between someone who trains at a good gym and applies something they came across on the internet, and someone who does not train at a good gym and tries to learn everything from the internet.

he's obviously been pulling it off at training for a long time on good grapplers.

Yeah, what Danno said....I've been hit with omaplatas & triangles from mount from 1 stripe whites who admitted they learnt it on youtube. But these kids are training 5 nights a week in a top gym umder expert instructors,so who knows...Even Anderson Silva admitted he learnt the inverted upward elbow strike from watching Ong Bak.
His trainers told him he was nuts, but he scored a K.O with it!!!

One of the most impressive submissions I have ever seen. Talk about beating the clock..there was like 4 or 5 seconds left in the round.
That was a pretty sweet move by Jung.
Did I hear right when someone (possibly Rogan) said that it was the first time that particular submission move had been used to win a fight in UFC history?
    If so, cool.

i'm actually more surprised that no one has used it in the UFC before.

back to my last point, i just thought of an analogy - if your diet consists entirely of supplements... well, you're fucked basically.
