I hadn't noticed this thread until PizDoff linked it on Facebook, but I put up a review of Defence Soap earlier today.
It would be interesting to compare it to Fight Soap, although I'm put off by their marketing approach, which judging by this thread is more concerned with objectifying women than presenting factual information about the efficacy of their soap. I haven't looked into it beyond this thread, however, so that may not be a fair appraisal. -

PizDoff mentioned this thread to me after reading a glowing post about Defense Soap on my Facebook.
I don't know about Fight soap, but I do know that I haven't had one problem since I started using the bars from DS back at American Top Team. I now use the body wash and since I shower twice a day, use it at least once, after BJJ.
So for what it's worth, I recommend Defense Soap all day long.

Forgot about this thread.
Sent my address to Fight Soap on April 13th, got a response from them April 28th that they'd send me a bar to try out. No soap materialized, never heard from them again.
Loved my Defense Soap sample so much I ordered the 1 gallon Defense Soap Shower Gel w/ pump. **** the little bars and bottles, I would go through them in a day.
Defense soap gel @1 gallon = ~ 55 cents/ounce
Dove Body Wash (various types) = 40-50 cents/ounce
So....the price is not too shabby compared to major brands.Last edited by W. Rabbit; 7/11/2011 7:15am at .

Funny how the title of this thread is for Fight Soap and here at the end of the thread is nothing but glowing remarks regarding their biggest competitor, Defense Soap.
I guess Fight Soap should have managed this better. It looks to me like they could have had some customers by doing something so simple as sending out some samples. As a seasoned "sales-guy" myself, I really don't get this. -

You do realize those are sample sizes, no?
Just to be clear the regular sized bars last a loooong time.
The regular Defense soap is quite "hard" yet provides a good lather.
It lasts much longer than an equivalently sized glycerin soap bar from my local market.
+1, except i was turned off by their attempts to discredit Defense soap and their sophomoric marketing as well.
Defense has "kept above it" as it were and provided a great product with stellar service imo.
That combination is hard to beat. -

I'd like to thank Guy Sako for the range of Defense samples he sent.
Good words from all whom I've shared samples. The Natracil bars have been especially well received.
Guy was good enough to send me enough to ship samples overseas for potentially opening up a new market. Nothing but good words from those who've tested in in SE Asia. Anyone who's lived/traveled there knows how greasy an hour out can leave you. Never had soaps that cleaned as well.
On the Fight Soap issue - was talking to a moderator last week. Apparently Fight Soap didn't come through with samples as promised. Their loss.
