    Banned from Boxing, 2nd Ed.

In anticipation of the forthcoming 2nd Edition of "Banned from Boxing, the forgotten grappling techniques of classic Pugilism," (real soon now, promise):

Chapters 1, 2, 14, and the Bibliography for 1st Ed.

The Table of Contents, Illustration Index, Chap. 14 (the Conclusion), and Bibliography for 2nd Ed.

    Peace favor your sword,
    Kirk

I owe you a coffee. PM me for details, we have to get together and I am not going to be able to be anywhere but work for a few more months.
