I guess I'm training for Seido insofar as I care about performance rather than appearance. I'd like a thicker midsection and legs for the purpose of taking hits, but I'm not willing to gain fat to do it. Dips and pullups I really JUST want to see the numbers go up, especially because they aren't.
It seems to me that the Sanjuriu Martial Art is not in guestion, but, rather the character of Mr. Galt.
