Personally, I can do just about any weekend as long as I've got a week or two's notice.

I doubt next weekend is an option however. What are some other dates you folks are available?
Could we do like May 21rst?

The first date has been proposed. I'll ask today.
I know the weekend of May 14 is not an option. NWP and I have a family commitment that weekend.

Looks like I'm going to have to bail on this one.
Good news, it's for a good cause.
Taking the daughter to Denton, TX on 7 May for the Texas All Star Tournament.
Will again be back in your fine state on 22-24 July for the Junior Olympics in Irving.
You guys/gals met her at the last Mega.
If anyone's going to either event, let me know. It'd be good to see you.
NWP - It would have been good to be back in Conroe. Fond memories for the people met back in 93-94.

Unfortunately I'll be pretty swamped for most of May, but then again my schedule is not set in stone, so at this point I'm 50/50.

ditto, conroe area is super close to where I live over the summer though, so maybe 70/30 just because of that.

May 21st works for me. I'm also ok with waiting a little longer for the availability of some of the other competitors, if that ultimately means a larger throwdown. I'd like to ideally see all of the Bullshidoka in the state able to attend; though that's probably asking a bit much.

you guys...suck :)
I just moved to Virginia from Dallas in January. I can POSSIBLY attend a TD in Dallas or Houston, as I have friends in both areas (lived 34 years in Houston, 7 in Dallas)...the conroe area sounds awesome as I have a friend who lives up that way where I can couch surf.
But, being in Virginia, I can't guarantee I can make it..depends on if I can get the TD to coincide with one of my once-or-twice a month texas trips that I can expense.
May 21 is promising, but not guaranteed, as I'm already taking a Dallas trip the previous weekend. Just depends on what I can get to fit into the expense report.
