Shou Shu; any redeeming factors?

I am not sure this is MMA we are talking about. This could be some McDojo that does low impact slap fighting with crappling. This may also be why is experience is dominating. He has consistently avoided the hit/submit while fully resisting question.

Good point. We won't see Shou Shu, we'll see beginner MMA'er.

Beginners Mind knows it, that there's no way he'd let us see him sparring right now.

If you want to see the video that's cool. Trying to play both sides is silly. You either believe he is is or is not training MMA.

Either way it will not be Shou Shu and that's the, broken record, point of the thread.
Video of the greatest MA sparring when every time someone points out the fallacy it is "Oh NO he sucks, isn't part of the system and we do spar."

Yep, you understand my point. The funny thing is I think he trained it long ago and hopes to train to a mediocre level. Then he can say "see it works and I'm just a lower rank."

An overwhelming desire to validate his earlier training no matter what; that makes a lot of sense. Don't have to invalidate the time, effort, or relationships. The only reason i changed my perspective on his current training attempts is the odd responses regarding unfit sparring partners and his location limits his training selection, etc

Yes I am playing both sides. I took him at his word for a lot of posts and the record shows how that turned out. Trying to understand your post: you don't think he is delusional, just full of it?
