Not everyone is fortunate enough to live in California, Florida, or other hot beds of effective training...surely this is better than say your average TKD school or no training at all? I mean, isn't one of the selling points of judo that it's cheap and widely availible?

I know a few martial arts instructors who have floated the idea of a training center inside a shopping center.

The rent for those areas are usually massive.
