I cant stop you from thinking it's ****. Nor do I care if you do. Im just giving my opinion.
Waaaaahhhhhhhh Where did I say it was **** exactly? That's twice in your last few posts where you tried to put words in my mouth.

Yes, you are defending it because, you keep trying to explain its validity when someone questions you or a training method.

    Deal with it.
I have. You still have yet to "deal with it" as any adversity always causes you to resort too insulting bullshido.

I hear other stories; one instructor tried to draft one of my friends into the ikmf (i believe) make him an instructor asap apart from other money orientated stories. You're being a tad bit optimistic on this one. But hey, everyone has freedom of speech

oh btw after three months, you've only learned to make a front kick to the knees? geez.

You must remember McDojos, according to everyone in every other country, only exist in America.

Ha. First thought was "Well obviously not, nobody's used the N word yet on here..."

If the Netherlands are like Belgium, which I imagine it is, then the chance of a McDojo is slim for the simple reason that there is no money in martial arts. There are barely any full time instructors. Nearly all trainers have a 9to5 job and then also teach their art more for a hobby then for profit. For example, my BJJ training costs 200 euro a year and I pay 320 euro a year for savate, shootfighting+fitness. So yeah, I can imagine that even in KM the level of McDojo is low around here.

edit: I checked the prices of the local KM club: it's 75 euro a year and 28 euro insurance so I wouldn't put that under McDojo either.

A few weeks ago I was explaining to a guy from Amsterdam that they have the best Muay Thai around, and he informed me that Muay Thai could not possibly work in the streets because they train to fight in the ring. He said he does Wing Chun which is super deadly and only for the streets. He explained that they only sparred light contact because going beyond that with Wing Chun would be too deadly.

Now, I think to be a Mcdojo they would have to charge something like 150 euros or higher a month and force you to buy their over-priced training gear and uniforms, but you can at least be sure that bullshido exists everywhere, including the Netherlands.
