    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Coming back from a layoff

So, I haven't done weights since the second week of febuary.
A pulled abdominal muscle and, for the last week, the flu, have take alot out of me.
So, yesterday ( Wednesday) I decide to test my max lifts.
I always do that when I am going to start/re-start a strength training program.
I was "annoyed" with the results.
I expected to lose some strength, but I guess the flu took ALOT out of me ( I am STILL on antibiotics).
    So:
    Incline chest-250lbs for 2 reps
    Deadlift-320lbs for 2 reps
    Overhead press-160lbs for 2 reps
    Squat-360lbs for 2 reps
    Dips-bodyweight (165lbs) + 95lbs for 2 reps
    Chins-BW + 70lbs for 2 reps

I was slightly miffed at those values, but can't be helped.
I lost 5 lbs with this flu, although my abs look better :)

The MA is ok, just lost some endurance, but I get that back easliy.

    I hate being sick.
