    Kimura gets beaten

What a nightmare for Kimura: He's getting his ass handed to him and the ref probably thinks they're acting. That's how someone gets killed in the ring.

Already been to newbietown and outlined my experience. My comment is based off of an article I read about this fight awhile back. Furthermore, I fail to see why MA experience even comes into play when we are talking about a professional wrestling match that was supposed to end in a draw. Either way, I think it is pretty obvious Kimura is looking around wondering what is going on when Rikidoza starts attacking him for real. Rikidoza even attacks him when he is talking to the ref and not even looking at him.

What sort of professional wrestler flips out because a strike lands wrong anyway? I would imagine it is common for wrestlers to get hurt because a strike or throw doesn't go according to plan. Are there any (currant or former) professional wrestlers on here so we can get their input on the matter? They would be the best people to ask about something like this.

They likely had a gentleman's agreement to avoid attacking the "boys". When homeslice kicked him in the junk, it was on...deal or no deal.

Urine is sterile. What are you talking about?

    I'm going by the story.

He died of peritonitis, which apparently can be caused by the leakage of sterile body fluids into the peritoneum after pelvic trauma.

I'm fairly sure (if memory serves) any puncture wound penetrating the abdominal wall can result in peritonitis. He could have had his own bladder damaged from the knife attack? Who knows.

Possibly. I'm curious now why the Yakuza chose urine instead of something more dangerous. I would've gone with poo.

They got the job done either way.

Yeah. Like the Vietcong put on their punji sticks. That would have worked great!
