I'm just fucking with you guys. I use Wendler 5/3/1 as my strength training program. I'm quite happy with it. I do like the Arnold press, I might add that in as a supplementary exercise.

Im not real familiar with the Wendler 5/3/1, but I'll look into it. Im a big fan of stronglifts, if the link didnt give it away.

I started with stronglifts then moved to Wendler once I could do 20 squats with my bodyweight.

Style: muay thai
any advice n 5/3/1? it'll be my next program. i want to do the twice a week version. i like doing other **** (boxing thai swimming etc) and am worried my body'll be shot trying 3 or more days a week.
