    As far as the JJJ goes, are you talking about World of Self Defense (http://www.combat-jujitsu.com/cjj/index.html) or something else? If you're in the Twin Cities, you're in my area and I can probably give you some kind of feedback on any grappling programs.

    Talk to your recruiter and find out whats on the PFT tests. They may even have a workout plan you can use. If nothing else, run, run and run some more. Pushups and chinups are worthy also.
