Heavy Bag Spring Coil to Stop My Gyms Lights/Rafters from Rattling

I have a gym and I want to hang some heavy bags from the beams. I currently have a couple hanging from a bag rack.

When the bags are hit from the ceiling though the ceiling rattles and the lights shake a bit causing them to break earlier than normal use and also cause alot of noise.

Will heavy bag springs do anything to stop this?

Anyone have a system for hanging them that would stop this?

The springs won't do much. Every gym I've seen with this problem has a welded steel frame of 4x4 square steel tubes. Bolted to the floor. This totally takes the vibration away from the building structure.
