I'm starting the planning for this early to try to make sure it happens.
SifuJason has agreed to host it, and it looks like we've got a lot of interest for it as well.

I suggest the last saturday in February, which is the 26th.

I'd like to make this an east coast deal if possible. Will be sending some PMs to a number of folks whom I'd like to see if they could make it and spark some interest. Depending on the numbers we get, I will start calling around to see what hotels will give us deals.

Well, I'll be there barring anything crazy happening. WS isn't allowed across state lines unless he wears shin guards though.

Hi folks. I just wanted to confirm we are doing this, and that we have a gong sau going on as well with it. We can shoot for Feb 26th; I am in the process of trying to get a cage/ring to rent for the gong sau, so that may shift the date if availability/space issues come up, since I won't be able to host it in my place, but will use my access to university and other resources to get us a good location.

That being said, by Oct 1 the date (and rental will be finalized).
