Make sure you are hydrated. the fastest way to fatigue and poor performance is dehydration.
constantly be drinking. never let yourself get thirsty, once you feel thirsty, its too late.
the best drink i've found while training and recovering is rapid rehydration - its made to rehydrate you after cutting weight, so it will definitely keep you hydrated while just training.
If you underfueled and overused your car it would give out pretty fucking quickly.
Your body is no different.
You need enough fuel for your body to run, enough water, enough sleep etc or you'll always be at sub-optimum performance.
"The hero and the coward both feel the same thing, but the hero projects his fear onto his opponent while the coward runs. 'Fear'. It's the same thing, but it's what you do with it that matters". - Cus D'Amato
Try eating loads of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. I don't know what kinda diet you or bullshido recommends but the main point is to boost your metabolism. You might want to shoot for more more cardiovascular endurance
You've been eating less than <2000 calories a day?
Great! If you're the size of my frail 85 year old grandma, that is.
Post your macros.
