    hydration

    Make sure you are hydrated. the fastest way to fatigue and poor performance is dehydration.
    constantly be drinking. never let yourself get thirsty, once you feel thirsty, its too late.
    the best drink i've found while training and recovering is rapid rehydration - its made to rehydrate you after cutting weight, so it will definitely keep you hydrated while just training.

    If you underfueled and overused your car it would give out pretty fucking quickly.

    Your body is no different.

    You need enough fuel for your body to run, enough water, enough sleep etc or you'll always be at sub-optimum performance.

    Try eating loads of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. I don't know what kinda diet you or bullshido recommends but the main point is to boost your metabolism. You might want to shoot for more more cardiovascular endurance
