Please excuse the noob question, but I tried to find info on the site, and did not managed to find it (I am very bad at finding things which do not move right in front of me); what are the requirements to attend to a TD?

I mean, beyond th obvious, ie having enough MA training to guarantee you won't hurt yourself or the other participants, owning the appropriate gear and being able to pay for travel and accommodation. Is it open to everyone?

I am quite interested in Euro TDs. Thanks.
