I once got a tire blowout two miles away from class so I ran there with a very large gym bag so I could get some training in before having to deal with the tire.

Normally I only skip if I have odd-hours work that must be done. Oh, also when I get sick. Even if it's not bad I don't come in with so much as the sniffles if I think it's contagious. Risking your partner getting sick when you know you have something might be the most dick thing you could do.

    This.

All last week I had a runny/congested nose and cough. Felt fine otherwise but didn't go because the only thing worse than having someone sling snot all over you is catching the ailment because of it.

Lets see I have only missed training thus far for Court & work. I would miss it for infectious disease though.

I generally only miss training due to injuries (depending on the injury) or if I have an appointment or am out of town or have . The only time I've headed out to train and had to turn back is when this happened:
    YouTube - Shorewood Rapids!!
Important note: Not my video. I'm not dumb enough to do this.

I always be late for class for 5-10 minutes.
I finish the class and take subway again for around 1 hour, and this time i am heading home so i take the bicycle for another 40+ minutes. (normally it should be around 35 but i feel tired as hell so cannot go so fast)

and eat my dinner at last, around 11:30-12:00

I already talked with my instructor so he doesnt mind when i am a little late on trainings.

I think you quit pretty easy.
    ouch.:angry7:

I should probably clarify. I run my own law office and also teach College at night. M and W I had 3 classes 12-2, and basically 530-10. I have an hour and 20 minute commute each way. T and TH I teach 530-10. When I'm not teaching I'm working on cases. Fortunately, business is usually slow. I can only train F- sat and sun.

I have very little patience as you might see I jealously guard my time and watch the stress. It actually wasn't the time so much as being stuck in traffic. Certain things enrage me, that is one of my triggers. So I guess it wasn't the time so much as my inability to cope with this type of stress.
