Taking whey with thermogenics.
Yeah, ya'll know the deal. I want to continue building strength and lean mass while cutting down the fat [Ripped Fuel]. I was wonderin' if there were any adverse affects clashing 100% Whey Protein and Ripped Fuel. 'Cause I'm thinking of taking them together in the morning and servings throughout the day.
I did it with no problems. I had one whey protein shake 3x a day and I would take 2 ripped fuel in early afternoon.
