Headaches and nausea are not uncommon symptoms with whiplash-type injuries. They are rarely dangerous, and if you've gone several weeks without developing neurological symptoms beyond nausea and headaches, odds are you've simply suffered from the type of ugly neck sprain often seen after RTAs as opposed to more serious damage to your neck arteries.
For this type of injury, I generally recommend chiropractic, osteopathy or physiotherapy. A doctor will be able to reassure you that there's nothing seriously wrong with you, but doctors tend to lack the hands-on skillset that benefits this sort of injury the most and will likely have to refer you to the appropriate specialist. -

I'd get at least the doctor on the phone to see if a consultation would be necessary and then you can be forwarded. I don't know how it is where you live, but here chiropractors and ostheopaths are uncontrolled professions and there are a lot of charlatans. Unschooled manipulations of an unidentified injury can be dangerous.

I would totally visit my old chiro but no money. Thehats why I stopped in the first place. The neck is stiff and sore but the headaches are less intense and no nausea today. I am also staying off the mats until it is 100%. When I go back, I am NOT rolling with those fucks who think the solution is to crank harder. I swear to Gos, they get a little bit of neck and BOOM crank it like you are in the Mundials.

Good points.
Still, I would have a ************ see a doctor to make sure nothing is seriously wrong. Did you lose consciousness? Any chance you may have a fracture? Usually they want to x-ray your column and **** to make sure everything is cool. After which I would advise hitting up a chiro like these motherfuckers been saying.
Had a neck injury a few years ago, insufferable pain from neck muscle spasm. Doctor cleared me of serious injury but after that, he didn't have a fucking clue. Chiro sorted me out. One vote for the motherfucking chiropractor here.
